I met up with Noah and Raylyn at the park on Sunday for their 2 year old pictures. We had a great time and these two cuties were so much fun! More to come soon!
So I started this yesterday but didn’t have a chance to come post about it. The religion that I practice doesn’t participate in Lent but I think the ideas behind it are great. So I stumbled upon someone in blog world who is doing this and I think it’s a great idea! The idea is that by cleaning and purging you are decluttering your life and really that is so good for the soul. I always feel so refreshed after purging an area of my home. The honest truth is like most American’s we have too much stuff that is cluttering up our spaces. So the challenge is to pick 40 different areas of your house. Break it down because you don’t want to stress yourself out and not finish it. So for the 40 days of lent you attack that one area of your home daily and try to at least get a bag full of stuff to either trash or donate. You will feel lighter and you can also help someone less fortunate than you at the same time. Remember you can take Sunday off! I promise you will feel so much more relaxed in your home and how refreshed you will feel the day Easter arrives.
